Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays, and messages received outside these hours will be addressed the next working day. Delivery-day issues during our lunch window (12:30–1:30 PM) are prioritised.
